It compares the work of three health centers: Longstone, Peveril, Marchbank according to five service criteria from a minimum score of 1 to a maximum score of 10.
It can be clearly observed that the level of satisfaction in the Peveril Health Center was the highest with an average score of 8,3, followed by the Marchbank Center, which received a slightly lower rating. In contrast, patients gave the least number of votes to the Longstone Center, which was just 5.8.
According to the Evolution Criteria is these centers, it is interesting to note that the services provided by Apteca received the lowest rating in all health centers. Additionally, the doctor’s service was estimated almost equally around 8 points. Other criteria such as booking appointments, care of children and response to concerns scored an average of 7 points.
