I am writing to draw your attention to some issues I have been facing after purchasing a laptop from
your store earlier this week.
First of all, It has come to my attention that the laptop is unbearably slow and takes a significant amount of time
to turn on. Additionally, when I logged in, I noticed an instant flickering light localized at the top-left region of the screen.
Because of that, I would like to ask for a replacement or a refund under the two year warranty. Moreover, I would appreciate it if
you can provide a clear timeline of the process.
