The aim of this letter give you information about the product which is reached me damaged.
On 23rd if july is my sisters birthday, so i bought the boots to her, unfortunately i was recieved boots damaged. The package was a full of rust, it could be okey, until i saw the big hole on the boots. It is not first time i buy product from your company. The products which i bought; they were not only in proper packaging, but also durable. The situation which i faced yestarday, made me upset and i am not only worry about the gift deligation, also about reputation of your company. If this problem cannot find the solution, your reputation will be damage.
