I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop I recently purchased from your online store. Unfortunately, the item arrived in a damaged condition, which has caused me considerable inconvenience.
I placed an order for a Dell XPS 13 laptop (Order No. #45827) on 10th October. When the package arrived, I noticed that the screen had a deep crack and the keyboard was partially detached. It appears that the item may have been mishandled during shipping.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange for an immediate replacement or a full refund. I am also happy to return the defective product if required.
