I am writing to complain about a damaged product I recently received from your online store.
On September 15th, I purchased a wireless Bluetooth speaker from your website SoundWave.com (order number SW45829). The item arrived last week, but unfortunately, it was damaged. The speaker’s surface was cracked, and one button was broken. It seems that the damage occurred during delivery, as the box was dented and not properly secured.
I have already contacted your customer service twice by email, but I have not received any helpful response. Therefore, I would like to request a replacement speaker or a full refund as soon as possible.
Please look into this matter urgently and ensure that future deliveries are packed with more care.
