I am writing this letter in order to complain about an inconvenience with a product from your company.
Recently, I purchased a wood table through your online website. Initially, I had selected a package of a white table with six chairs. However, when I received the product there was not what I expected.
Firstly, the colour was not which I had clearly detailed. Therefore, the table was black instead of white. Moreover, the structure was uncomfortable and it appeared to be second-handed. In addition, I only received four chairs instead of six as I clearly detailed in the order.
Secondly, I am stronlgy dissatisfaid with the service provided by your local staff. When I called to inform them about this issue, they were inattentive and unhelpful. Overall, they completely ignored my complaint.
I must expect you will take proper actions to solve this issue promptly.
