I am writing to inform you about an issue with a product I purchased from your online marketplace. On October 18, 2025, I ordered a Bluetooth wireless speaker (Order ID: #BS45782) from one of your listed sellers. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, and I have been unable to get any response from the seller despite several attempts to contact them.
When I opened the package, I noticed that the speaker casing was cracked on one side, and it produces a distorted sound when turned on. It was clearly damaged during transit or before shipping. I immediately contacted the seller through the platform’s messaging system, but it has now been over a week with no reply.
As I have not received any response from the seller, I kindly request that the marketplace step in to resolve this issue. I would appreciate either a replacement item in good condition or a full refund of the purchase amount. I have attached photos of the damaged product and a copy of my order confirmation for your reference.
