Dear Sir,

The objective of writing this letter is to let you knw that i am planning to start part time studies. This may also effect on my working hours. I want to persue my studies of certfied mechanic in other words we can say red seal. So study includes several test and assignmnts which need time to do. So as to focus on studies more, i want little decrement in working hours.

Let me explain more deeply, as i know leaving work in between can cause problem to another co-working to complete. I decided to work 3 days in a week with proper hours of shift and rest of days i can focus on studies more efficiently and effectively.

In addition to it, once i done this studies i will become a certified technician. This can also help in our work to comoplet jobs with proper concepts and diagnostics. It can also boost working conditions of us.
