Dear Kasanova Group,
I am Margareth Robinson and I am writing this letter to report my dissatisfaction about a product I bought on your web site on Monday and that arrived broken.
Specifically, I am talking about a serie of dishes in white ceramic that on your web site was insert in the “New Collection” section, which is, in my opinion, stunning. I bought them as a gift for my sister that is moving in a new home, therefore, I thought it was a good idea to help her.
Unfortunately, the box with the gift arrived at her house complitely destroied and three of the five dishes inside were complitely broken.
I thought to write this letter to find a solution together, because I think that it is not a good treatment and being a fragile box, I am disappointed to say that you should have taken the right considerations before sending it to our house.
I am exceedingly displeased for what is happened, but I am sure that this is a problem that can be easly resolved, for this reason, I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
