Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to express my disatisfaction regarding a cosmetic product that I have bought from your online store . Last week, I have ordered paula’s choice salysillic acid which you stated it was genuine .However, when I received the product I was extremely shocked it was fake.Moreover, I was also suprised that its date of expire is one month ago which makes it dangerous and unsafe to use.

Hence, due to this unfortune mistake, I would kindly ask the company for a full refund including the delivery fees. In addition, I highly suggest you improuve your service and be more ethical and honest with your clients .
