It is widely believed that finalising university academic learning is beneficial tool in order to have a decent occupation while others argue that gaining experience and improving essential skills is significant. On one side getting a university degree is one of the benefits finishing whole university courses, however efficiency and practical skills which are highly valued now between employers have significant advantages. In my opinion,a balanced approach, combining university education and expanding professional skills,is the most beneficial.
There are two main reasons why some individuals trust that academic knowledge is significant. The first reason is that it is essential to obtain the necessary knowledge and ability.University programs gives deep theoretical insight which is required for professional workplaces.Employers highly value the candidates who can apply knowledge in practice.Another reason for a positive attitude towards higher education is that it provides an evidences of responsibility and persistence.Completing the whole program demonstrates to employers that the person able to finish what they started, disciplined and ready to solve complex problems, which increases the chances for decent occupation.
However, some people argue that obtaining work experience and enhancing important abilities is more significant. One major argument is that gaining experience allows individuals to apply theoretical knowledge in real-life situations. For example, working on projects or internships helps students understand workplace dynamics, solve problems, and make decisions, which cannot be fully learned in the classroom. In addition developing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management makes employees more adaptable and effective in any role. Employers highly value candidates who can collaborate, lead, and handle challenges efficiently, often more than purely academic achievements.
To conclude, theoretical education and the improvement the responsibility of students are two reasons why people are in favor of tertiary learning. In contrast, applying academic knowledge in practical settings and abilities which enhances employee’s flexibility and efficiency across different positions are two arguments for developing soft skills.I feel that building professional experience and refining crucial skills bring more benefits than higher education.
