Dear Mr. Walker,

I am Franco Cholakis, one of your tenants, and I am writing to request an extension of my six-month lease. The main reason is the job opportunities and facilities that the city can provide for recent graduates.

Last week, I finished my studies at the university, and I had the opportunity to obtain an internship at a multinational mining company located in the city. For this reason, I am looking to extend our lease agreement for another six months until I complete my internship. After this period, I could require another extension, as the company may offer me a permanent position.

Regarding the apartment infrastructure, there is a significant crack in the shower, which causes constant water leakage, making the toilet unusable because of the water on the floor. Therefore, I would like to request a plumber to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Finally, I would be grateful if you could review my extension request, as well as the inconvenience caused by the shower, so we can keep the apartment in suitable living conditions.
