Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the online streaming service that I subscribed to a few months ago.

In March this year , I purchased a 3 month online subscription cost 500$for watching movies and tv series ,but Unfortunately,you service is not good ,i watched move and during watching i face some issues like movie buffering and restart again and again this issue causes of mu frustration and creat dissapointment have paid a large amount of money for a service that does not work properly.

I would appreciate it if you could improve your servers and network performance as soon as possible. Alternatively, I would like to request a partial refund or an extension of my subscription until the problems are resolved.I look forward to your response and hope this matter will be dealt with promptly.
