Dear sir,
I would like to draw your attention on the last week accident at your Lulu Supermarket at Buffalo USA. I started my shopping on last Sunday evening approximately 5:10 PM. Starting from grocery section shopping moving towards clothing and finally I was in antique section searching a good flowers pot for my dining room. I was standing on the second last benches when the shelves materials started to fall on me causing injuries on my shoulder and foot.
The sound of the material hit at ground is so high that near by staff named Kallu came to help me, without wasting time he cleared all the materials above my body and gave me the first aid by wrapping bandage on the cut parts of the foot. He noted my address and assure me that my shopping items should be delivered at my house.
This accident was happened due to lack of maintenance of the shelf specially it’s moving wheels which stopped moving suddenly, therefore I would like to request to have a proper maintenance of the shelf wheels and prevent customers to move on the risk zone of the supermarket where risk probability is high.
