The image shows two maps comparing Stokeford in 1930 and 2010. In 1930, Stokeford has a bridge to the north over River Stoke, with farmland on either side, and a road leading southeast from the bridge to a post office, shops, and a large house southeast, with a primary school and gardens further east; two distinct areas of farmland are present. In 2010, the map features the same bridge and river location but with significantly less farmland, a notable increase in residential housing replacing previous farmland especially east of the primary school, a newly introduced retirement home north of the primary school, and the primary school maintains a similar position, with roads more connected forming more loops and links.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that a large green area in the north-east and at the top of map were demolished. In addition, shops were erased, while the number of living houses were increased.
To begin with, a bridge at the top and post office at the centure had been unchanged. However, a large farmland in the left top of map had been destroyed and houses had beed built at te left and right sides of the road. In the last 80 years, in the primary school had been added new two facilities. The shops were knocked down, while post office remained unchange.
On the other hand, at the place of old farmland in the south of map appeared a significant number of houses and new road. In the sector of large house, space of garden fell dramatically. A large house became retirement house with a new blockes at the top and bottom.
