Dear neighbors,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and to explain the reasons behind the loud noises that are coming from my house.

Unfortunately, during the last few weeks we had few problems related to the plumbing system. Therefore, we hired a plumber who found out after examination that there is a leak in the pipes under the bathroom floor, and we have to remove it immediately in order to be able to fix the problem. That is why we had to work for over 16 hours a day because there was a risk that the water might go deep in the floor and reach the neighbors ceiling downstairs.

Once again, I am very sorry for the disturbance. Thus, to fix this issue, I suggest that we work only during daytime and stop during the weekend. Is that a reasonable solution for your? Surely if you have other solutions, I will be glad to hear them.
