Rules and laws construct a frame in majority of societies. I believe that societies without them would not be able to exist.
First of all, societies that eliminate laws would always be in danger. Criminals would then not hesitate to commit crimes as they would not be punished. The number of them and crimes they commit would rise as well. In conditions of constant fear of possible robbery or murder that might occur, many individuals would not be able to do their job properly and live normally whatsoever. The standard of life would go down, because instead of aiming to get a good education or accomplish their goals they only would think of not being killed and survive at lest one more day.
Secondly, the absence of following the constitution would affect work power among people. Due to the sluggish nature of human beings, many of them would not want to work since methods of making money would not be necessarily legal. Shortage of work power would lead to economical issues. Food production, healthcare and technologies would left abandoned and, therefore, problems such as food insecurity, health diseases and increased errors in technologies work would become more prominent.
In conclusion, if laws were removed, the society could not work as it would lead to a more dangerous environment and lack of working people.
