People have different views about whether people can make noise at a public place or it should be strictly managed.While there is some enjoyment, I believe it should be strictly maintained under law.
There are some reasons why I believe making noise in public should be strictly managed. One possible reason is that speaking loudly over the phone in public is kind of annoying for people who are beside them, it’s a bit distracting too. Shouting at each other in public is another reason for irritating people. I think everyone should maintain social etiquette for the sake of everyone around us. And the Government should take some necessary steps for speaking casually loudly or making unnecessary shouting. I believe if the Government makes laws about fines for speaking loudly without any reason in public, it might fix the problem.
Despite the above argument , it can not be denied that college and university students often go on a trip with a large group. They can make lots of noises and have fun around the place. This kind of enjoyment is frequently seen in every place. So we can’t just fine them for having fun in public places. This often brightens up the entire environment. Singing on the roads is not a noise , it brings peace and spreads happiness around the city. We can not count the noise of these particular events . Moreover , in emergencies people often scream and shout in public places, this is because of the circumstances . It is also not in noise making criteria.
In conclusion, This topic of making noise in public should be punished which completely depends on the situation.In my opinion ,If someone is making noise for no reason should be fined.
