People have different views on whether economic improvement is needed to address poverty or it should be stopped for environmental issues. While there are some unwanted consequences of this trend, I believe it will be a good opportunity for them.
There are a number of benefits why individuals should prosper in the economy. One possible reason is that in developed countries even poorest the poor countries has some basic amenities of life. By reducing poverty, they can enjoy high level of social welfare, free medical care, and free education. Another benefit is that it helps them to improve their high quality of life. For example, when they upgrade by the economy, they can use luxurious cars and hotels. And also they can improve their roads and establish more schools, colleges, and madrasas.
Despite the above benefits, having economic improvement has some drawbacks. Firstly, if people build industries or factories, it may hamper our environment. Without proper planning, it will be extremely challenging for the citizens to maintain their environment. For instance, they emit carbon dioxide, which pollutes our atmosphere. Secondly, people have to deal with additional pressure if he/she wants to reduce the poverty, as it can be challenging to manage both the economy and the environment. Such as, a human may find it frustrating to balance the pressure of Mother Nature and a heavy load of the economy when they have popoverty.
In conclusion, though there are some unexpected consequences to economy as a citizen, I believe that it can reduce the poverty in the universe.
