The pie chart compares impressions of full-time and part-time students about survey service offered by IT. Overall, it is evident that most full-time students were very happy, while part-time students felt the opposite. Additionally, the proportion of both types of students being quite happy with this service was relatively the same.
Focusing on the opinions of full-time students, 54% of them expressed satisfaction, indicating that they were “very happy” with the support provided. A significant portion, comprising more than a third, showed that they were quite happy, while only 15% of full-time students felt dissatisfaction with the support that they received.
In contrast, most part-time students disliked the service which was offered to them. 43% of this group reported being “not at all” happy. While, only 20% of students liked the university’s support. Conversely, more than a third of students stated quite happiness, which was similar with the full-time students.
