Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this leter regarding my working hours that I want to change. The main reason behind it is my classes of my college. As my spring break gone, I have to go to University to attend my Mechinical classes. Owing to that, I cannot remain to do work as a full time with you. In order to persue my education, I have to dicline my working hours.

From next week, I can work only in the morning 7am to 1am every day. After that, I will have to go for my classes. As you already knows that I am studying for a Mechinacal Engeenering, It will assists your comany to resolve Mechnical issues in upcoming period. In such way, it boosts the company revenue by cutting cost for hire another mechanic on daily basis to solve problems. I hope, you will understand me, try to accomodate me this availabiliy.
