I am writing a letter about internet issues in my area. I am living in the South Bellamy building. For the last two weeks, Our area has been facing network problems such as low speed of interest.

Two weeks ago, the short circuit had happened in my building. Because of this, some of the wires are damaged. The management repairs everything. But the internet is still slow and we are facing connection problems.

Furthermore, lacking the Internet has affected people who have been working with the Internet. For example remote-working person is unable to complete the task on time, and students are disconnected from online classes. Most people need to make an online payment.

I would like to request you to kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. I am also providing our building management’s number. Please let us know if you need anything other information.
