Turning to the first group, which is the larger of the two, a significant majority of survey respondents consider Ambition and Personal Satisfaction to be the most impactful; both at 80%. In second place is Rivalry, with around 50%, matching the percentage of Desire for Material Things, followed closely by Peer Pressure at above 40%. Other aspects, on the other hand, are much less influential, with no more than 30% of participants citing them; these are Envy/Jealousy and Feeling Inadequate. Interestingly, Fear of Failure stands out as the least encouraging on the list, accounting for 25%.
