Overall, the highest number of people prefer doing exercise on multiple times per week or weekly basis and over 60 years old people who doing exercise daily is the lowest percentage.
Both Multiple times per week and weekly basis frequency represent almost same percentage but the age groups are vise versa. In the age group 18 to 40 years old prefer doing exercise multiple time in a week, while who are over 60 years old do exercise weekly and both are about 40%. The age group of 41 to 60 choose multiple times per week than once a week and the difference are 10%. About 20% of people in group 60 plus do exercise in multiple times per week which is equal to who are 18 to 40 years old and do exercise once a week.
Almost similar percentage of people who do exercise once or twice in a month and few times in a year and the percentage from the highest to the lowest about 5% for once or twice a month and 10% for few times a year. About 15% of people of 41 to 60 years old doesn’t exercise and only 5% do exercise regularly. The same percentage of people of 18-40 years old who do exercise regular and do not exercise. Only 3 percent of people which is the lowest number of people do exercise regularly who are older people
