Overall, it is easily seen that carbohydrates account for the highest share in all types of diet, while the opposite is true for fat. Protein form the biggest share in the average diet among given three diets.
Moving to detailed analyses, carbohydrates and protein are responsible for the biggest portions in the average diets, each makes up 40%, however in the healthy diet the former dominates at 50%, while the latter accounts for 20% lower than that. In both diets fat constitutes one fifth of the whole charts.
With regard to the healthy diet for sport, carbohydrates comprise 60%, which is the highest percentage on given charts, while the share of fat is four times lower than that of carbohydrates. The remain 25% accounts for protein in the athletes’ healthy diet.
