The given maps illustrate the Norbiton industrial area at present, as well as in the future.

It is clear that Norbiton industrial area is located on the east side of the town, with a river on the north, which separates the farmland from factory areas. But there will be some changes in the proposed map, for example, factory buildings will be replaced into housing and many roads will be built to accommodate to the housing and a bridge will be constructed over the river.

Looking at the existing map, it is evident that today’s factories are not seen in the future because several housing will be replaced in this place and many roads will be built to access to the housing. In addition, a school and a playground will be constructed on the east side of the roundabout and shops and a medical center will also build around the roundabout.

Finally, a bridge will be established on the north side of the map to cross the river and it will provide access to the residential area what will be located in the farmland.
