Overall, the area experienced noticeable changes, with expanded stage and introduced several new facilities. Notably, the auditorium zone witnessed a slight changes
The theatre was accessible from the bottom of the plan through the main door. On the right side of the main door, there was a café. Ticket and admin offices situated on the left side of the door. In the inner part of the area was situated an auditorium. Above the auditorium there was a large stage. The storage area located the next to the stage. Opposite side of the stage, there was a room for actors to dress up before the redevelopment.
By 2012, at the top of the area experienced a complete transformation, becoming more built-up. The admin and ticket offices knocked down to make a space for spacious restaurant. The building featuring the café was also demolished to make room for ticket office. Admin office was replaced next to the auditorium. Auditorium area was shortened to enlarge the stage. Corridor came at the expense of replacing the dress room. Storage converted into a dressing room and replaced next to the corridor. Additionally, there was a new room for shower.
