The flow chart summarizes the HR recruitment process of a company. Starting with the list of requirements, steps are broken down until an applicant is selected or rejected for the job.
Initially, the list of requirements are gathered and a job listing is placed online. Then, to fill in the application form and submit, it needs to be downloaded from the resepctive online site. Once the application form is completed and submitted, it is followed up by an application assesment stage by the company recruiting team. Here, the decision is finalized whether the application is accepted or rejected, followed by an Email to the rejected applicants.
Once the application is accepted, the applicant is advanced for an interview with the recruiting committee. After the interview, decision on the applicant is confirmed if he/she is rejected or advanced to the next stage. The rejected applicants are hence notified via Email. Furthermore, the successful applicant and runner-up is selected at the next stage. Fianally, the job is offered to the successful applicant.
