Overall, it can be seen that in all three diets the lowest amount of food proportion belong to fat. All three diets include three main nutrient foods in different numbers that propose the amount of each one.
Regarding fat, in both average diet and healthy diet the amount of fat are the same accounting for 20% of total, however, it is evident that this proportion in healthy diet for sport decreased by 5% up to 15%.
We can see that the amount of carbohydrate is the highest in healthy diet for sport and it constitute 60%.The lowest digit of carbohydrates is for average diet.
According to pie charts the highest figure of protein is for average diet which is 40% and after that healthy diet that 30% of this diet is established of protein.
