The table compares patients’ evaluations of five services at three health centres, on a scale from 1 (very poor) to 10 (excellent). Overall, Peveril Centre got the highest evaluations in all criteria, followed by Marchbank Centre and Longston Centre. Additionally, Peveril Centre’s response to concerns received the highest score, while Longston Centre’s was the lowest.
Peveril Centre’s scores for booking appointments and response to concerns were the only ones above 9, at 9.1 and 9.6, respectively. The doctor’s service marks were above 8 for all centres. Marchbank Centre’s booking of appointments and care of children were around 7.5, similar to Peveril Centre’s score for care of children.
The evaluation for the rest of the services ranged from 5 to 6.9, with the exception of Longston Centre’s response to concerns, which was at 4.3. The overall average of Peveril Centre was 8.3, almost one point more than Marchbank at 7.2, and significantly 3.5 points more than Longston Centre.
