Dear sir/madam,

I hope you are doing well. As I am one of yours satisfied customer who have been using yours internet services for a long time, but from two weeks, my internet works very slow and shows me hard to work online as I have to do several tasks related to my work so I need fast internet daily.

I am trying to fix it from my end by unplugging everything then plug in but it does not works. Can you please arrange a engineer to sent to my home to fix it out the internet and check the issue that what is going on. And I can share my email so you can send to your engineer for home visit.

Last but not the least, I hoped to get updation services from your company but as I did not get it last time so I do not think that I should be charged full this time or get discount on full payment of 90.56$ as i faced an issue on internet services. I hope we can fix this problem together wisely.
