My name is Shobika Selvaraj, and I am one of your long-time customers. I am writing to express my frustration regarding an internet connection issue that has persisted for the past fifteen days. I previously sent a letter to your company, but I have yet to receive a response.
I urgently need my internet connection restored, as I rely on it for work and for communicating with my family. If possible, I kindly request that your company send an engineer to my home to resolve this issue, as I am unable to manage without internet access for more than two days. Otherwise, I will have to consider discontinuing my service and seeking an alternative provider.
Additionally, I would like to discuss a reduction in my service bill since I have not been able to utilize your internet service for nearly two weeks. I believe it is reasonable to request a billing adjustment reflecting this lack of service.
This is my final warning to your company; this is the second complaint letter I have submitted without any resolution. If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to terminate my internet contract. My home address is provided below.
