My name is Maksim Savitskii, my familiy and I moved in few days ago into your appartment on Clinton street. I am wiriting to express my frustration with provided kitchen table and an arm chairs. I would like you to replace or repair these pieces, sicne their condition is far from good. To put it differently, it is not usable, therefore it contrudicts to our rent agreement.
Here are some specifics on the matter, the big wooden carved table is apealing at the first glance, however, in closer look, has many dents and cracks, consequently, food have been collecting there for many years. I consider this not appropriate, even dangerous health wise! Moreover, it is all vobbly and rocky. Another problem is a stink from the arm chairs, it seems, they were not cleaned properly after a party, so they became a source of unpleasant oddor. That is why, you not only do not desire to use it, but also you prefer not to pass themy by!
