Dear Sir/Madam,

The purpose of my writing is to express my dissatisfaction regarding my accommodation which you have arranged to pursue a short-term course in Colorado.

The primary reason is the location, the apartment allocated to me is almost a 30-minute drive away from the university as an international student at the University of Colorado I don’t have any personal vehicle as a result I have to take public transport which is inconvenient because It does not follow the schedule. Furthermore, I have missed my three classes in the last month, impacting my overall academic score.

Based on the agreement, which is signed when I enrolled in the course. I am specifically mentioning that I need accommodation in the University hostel. However, out of a sudden different accommodation is allotted to me which is causing me an inconvenience.

I would like to request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis.Do you have any rooms available in the University Hotel?

I am looking forward to your response with a firm resolution.
