Dear Mr. Johnson,

This is Mike Thompson, a prospective student, who has been enrolled for Leadership Development course in your institution. My student number is B0123456. I am writing you to convey my displeasure about the accommodation allotted to me which is far from agreed terms and condition during admission.

During the counselling, I understood that the student resident would be near to the institute with easily accessible public transportation. But the offered accommodation is in the outskirt of the city and very far from the college with very limited public transportation is available in this area. I cannot accept the offered place of stay as it would be very inconvenient for me to travel every day for my classes.

Therefore, it would be great if you can work out again on place of stay by providing near to the college. It will be huge favour for me as being new to the city, closer lodging will help me to roam around city easily.

I appreciate your positive response in this matter, and I am eagerly waiting for change of accommodation so that I can release next installment.
