Dear Mr. John,

I am writing to bring your attention a pressuring issue related to the hostel accommodation. I am experiencing.

I hope you remember me;my name is Mariya C. J., first year nursing student. I am residing in block 8-B, and I am sharing my room with three seniors. I am encountering myriad difficulties because of this;I have only a little cramped space for keeping my luggages, and the constant noise of my roomates make troublesome for my studies. The gap between seniors and juniors making me isolated. Its very difficult for me to continuing my stay like this.

At the time of college admission and hostel, I mentioned myb preference for single room. At least I hope that, if it is sharing also that would be my batchmates.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. As a solution, if it possible provide me a single allocation.
