Band 4+: You are part of a group of musicians who meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings to practise in the community hall. You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall. Write a letter to the manager. Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request you to allow us to practise our music session. I would be undabted to you if we could continue our work in the community hall.

We are currently 10 musicians who are famous for their tradition theme songs in this entire region and people love us due to our unique combination of musical instruments. Besides that, we have a national level championship awar for our extraordinary performace. Moreover, we are a major partern of a every charity group in our city. By performing on various events across the nation including this cummunity hall we manage to collect money from audience which eventually donated by us to the charity for the well being of comminity.

Although there could be some problems which we do not know but I assure you that we are absalutly keeping noice of our instruments below the permissible level. If there is any schedule issue then we are flexible to practise together in the community hall on Saturday and Sunday morning. Otherwise, whatever timing and day you select is acceptable to us.
