You have been told, however, that it is no longer possible for the group to use the hall. Write a letter to the manager. Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you that I had been told that musician groups are now restricted to use the common hall as my group members always gather on second and fifth day of the week to practice the national songs of the country.

This group is famous for the songs which are sung for the people who died in the wars. To keep their memories remember our team sings various lyrics that are originally made by them. Not only this but our group songs are telecasted on the radio also, which make people know about the past events and history. This is very important for the youth to keep in mind how soldiers save nations.

As I mentioned above our group is prominent for society, we should be allowed to use hall. There are other days we can rehearse our music like on weekends in the morning or afternoons. If these days and times do not sound apt to you so please give every first and third weekend of the month.
