Dear Manager,

I am writing to express to my feelings about an experience I encountered at the gym on my last visitation. It was an unfortunate incident which I think the managemnt need to address for the safety other members of the facility. Last week, during my routine exercise, I noticed the treadmill had a loose nut at the side which made my exercise stressfull, I notified one of the instructors about it and he promised to convey it to the management. On my arrival to the gym this morning, I noticed nothing has been made concerning my complain which made me really sad.

I would like to suggest that a regular routine check should be made on all the equipment for the safety of all members of the facility. Also, a replacement of any faulty equipment should be done regularly so as to give the members an assurance of their safety

Finally, I would to advice that the instructors should always be available to assist the members during their sessions this will serve as a sign of supports and also encouragement for them.
