I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the facilities and services at your fitness centre, which I joined last month.
Although the gym was highly recommended, my experience so far has been disappointing. Several pieces of equipment, including treadmills and weight machines, are frequently out of order, and repairs take an unreasonably long time. In addition, the changing rooms are often untidy, and basic amenities such as lockers and showers are not properly maintained.
Another issue is the lack of professional support. The trainers are rarely available during peak hours, and when assistance is requested, it is often rushed and unhelpful. As a result, it has been difficult for me to follow a structured workout routine, which was the main reason I joined the gym.
I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the equipment is properly maintained, hygiene standards are improved, and qualified staff are more accessible to members. Alternatively, I would like to request a partial refund if these issues cannot be resolved promptly.
