I know that most businesses do not like to hear these kind of things from their customers, but sometimes, we just cannot help but complaint due to some poor or bad services.
I am not too happy about the hotel you booked for me recently. The hotel name was “Concordia Hotel” located in the city of Lisbon, I was supposed to stay there from 6th to 10th May to enjoy my new year’s holidays that was arranged by you.
Unfortunately, I had to checkout the hotel after spending only two nights there due to some unpleasant experience. First of all, I did not find the hotel rooms to be clean enough for the charges that I paid. There was a very bad odour as long as I stayed there. Additionally, the hotel did not offer me free shuttle service all over the city even though that is what was exactly said to me.
I did not receive the services I was promised by your travel agency, so it is only fair if I get a full refund that I paid for the hotel charges.
