Hi Zuben,

I’m just writing to let you know that I have to cancel our trip to India that we planned because of some unforeseen circumstances.

I know that we both were really looking forward to visit India after five years staying in Canada. We planned to visit different touristic destinations, as well as enjoying the authentic Indian food from different states. We also planned to get involve in big Holi festival that is celebrated after 14 years.

I have to change the plan to visit India because my boss declined my 2 months leave because of 2 of my company’s employ met a severe accident. My boss asked to me postponed the leave until they get better.

Would you mind if we postponed our visit for few more weeks? I know it does not sound great to you, but I have always trusted you that you will stay with me in all kinds of situations.
