Dear Sir/Madam,

The purpose of inscribing is to inquire about the product that I have ordered from your official website, Alibaba.com. I have purchased a gold-coloured floral cup and saucer set with a beautiful kettle on 26 August 2024 using my Paypal account. The order number is W8769, and I am attaching a copy of the payment receipts as well.

When I got the parcel, it looked perfect as the external packaging was impressive, but the moment I unboxed the parcel, the kettle was not the same that I had ordered, and there was a crack on two of the cups.

I am very disappointed with this because I have bought it for my sister’s birthday.This was the first time I am not happy with your services. I always prefer your website over any other online shopping site because you are reliable and the product quality is always superior. I would like to get a refund or a replacement of the same.I hope to hear from you very soon.
