On September 27th, I was truly captivated by a diamond ring in floral design during scrolling through a variety of gold jewellery in your showroom. Unfortunately, I did not find my size 6.5 on that day. As per your recommendation, I placed an online order to get extra 15% discount and free delivery with ring of my suitable size. I was super thrilled to wear it on my cousin’s wedding.
Upon trying this ring, it shocked when it did not fit properly which made me feel really disappointed about this service. On top of that, there was no invoice attached for the billing details that may need in future if in case any defects occur.
To resolve this predicament, It would be greatly appreciated that whether you can assist me to replace this ring with the correct size or reimbursement paid amount. Additionally, I am willing to come visit your store to return this product. Alternatively, in order to process replacement, you could also email me a return barcode for this product to ship it back. So that I can drop-off at nearby Canada post. Please do let me know whatever works for you at your earliest convenience.
