I am writing to you this letter to let you know about my really upset toward your product which I purchased from your company for a week ago. I hope you will either replace it or refund the money.
Last Friday, I ordered a new dress in size large for my sister’s wedding. And paid 200 pounds for this item. However, The dress that I asked for was red but the dress I received online was black.
In addition, The size of my dress was too small for what I demanded.
Furthermore, you promised that you would deliver in three days, but it took over seven days. As a result, I could not wear it on my sister’s wedding day. I consider the service so disappointing.
Finally, I have been using their service for a longtime because of the good quality and this is the first time this has happened. Therefore, I hope you will quickly intervene and solve this problem. And, I would highly appreciate it if you please replace this dress with a product of better quality. Please maintain the color and size that I had initially ordered for. Otherwise, I would like a full refund as soon as is convenient.
