I SELECTED ONE ELECTRIC CAR WHICH IS MOST LIKE MY CHILD. THE ELECTRIC CAR IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND THE LATEST SHAPE. WHEN I ORDERED THIS CAR. MY CHILD WAS SO HAPPY.
YESTERDAY I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY. WHEN I WAS OPEND PRODUCT AND CHECKED. SOME OF THE PARTS OF TOY DAMAGED. I DID NOT FIND A CAR BETTRY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY CAR PART WHEEL IS BROKEN. I WAS SO WORRIED. MY CHILD ALSO WAS CRYING BECAUSE TOY WAS NOT WORKING.
I HAVE SEEN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON YOUR COMPANY WEBSITE. IF ANY CUSTOMER GETS THE DAMAGED PRODUCT, YOUR COMPANY POLICY IS TO REPLACE THE PRODUCT. I ADVISE PLEASE SEND THE NEW CAR TOY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. MY CHILD WILL BECOME HAPPY.
