To the lanscaping company:
I am writing this letter to formally address my disatisfaction regarding your unfinished recent garden renovation of my garden.
For this project, we have both agreed that there are three major things that needs to be done within a week: Firstly, to replace the existing plants to native ones; secondly, to repaint the fences in mustard yellow; and lastly, to trim the lawn. Seven days have passed but only two major tasks were done, the grass was left as it was. I was expecting everything to be done especially the lawn, because it is already planned out that in the next three days our summer family reunion picnic is set in this garden.
Additionally, I would like to ask the your company to come settle this unfinished business by mowing the lawn on or before the event takes place.
I would be very grateful for your immediate response.
Kind regards,
Stephen
