Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the work performed in my garden, by your company. I recently contracted your company to renovate my garden, but the work in my garden have several issues.

To begin with, the side-walk is missing multiple flowers pots, because of which it looks like partically incomplete. Similarly, the pots near the stairs are too big, at the critical condition of falling, which can cause serious injuries. Moreover, the view after the renovation doesnot match the outcome that we had expected.

So, I would like to request the company to solve these issues by planting the flowers pots near sidewalks as required, maintaining proper safety measure near stairs and providing expert personnal to analyze and solve those problems.
