Dear Airline management,
I am Tom Cruise, and I am writing this letter to you to explain about what happened with me in your terminal last week.
On 14 October at 12 pm, I came to the airport to fly to Ottawa, but there I faced with a problem with your staff of guard system of the check zone. The guardians told me that I had brought extra loads with me, but I rejected their thought, because I used to bring necessary things with me when I fly somewhere. Then they stopped me and started checking. Fortunately, the guardians did not find surplus items and that time I had forgotten about my flight, so after this circumstance, I went to a place of exit from terminal to plane, a stewardess said that my plane already took off.
In this case I got cross and I was full of stress. I nearly do not remember what I did there. Until this time, I had not missed my plane, and this condition affected me more adversely. Because, I spent my two month-budget for this flight to the Ottawa and if I did not miss my airbus, I would be there.
It does not match to rules you have written that your officers closed my way to Canada, so any terminals do not operate like that. For this reason, I require my money back. I have to get a full refund. I am not kind of rich men who spend his money on anything. So next week I am going to go to the Britain, and I need some money to pay my ticket to London. And I am asking that you must do your best, and you have two ways: first return my all money back or give me discount for flying ticket to the capital of Britain.
Yours faithfully,
Tom Cruise
