I am writing this letter to inquire about my order which i placed 3 weeks before. On your website it was clearly mentioned that it will deliver after 2 days but till now i did not receive my order. It was a juicer blender and order number is: 12345.
I sent email to your company 1 week before but no one get back to me. I called several times but the the number which is wrriten on your website is not a correct number.
I am very disappointed with your service and from now i will never place an order from your website. Moreover, i will share my bad experience with your online shop on social media.
I want from you to take an imidiate action on ths issue. I want my item tomorrow morning or else i want a refund on urgent basis as you failed to fulfill your promise.
